Told the manager what was going on, he did not even apologize and then disappeared.

Being a loyal customer for years, decided to not going back ever again!

I wouldn’t even give this place the one star that I did. The service was absolutely TERRIBLE. Reservations were set 2 weeks in advance, in person, for my sister’s birthday dinner. The party was for 13. We called 30 min. in advance to let them know our party would be late for not even 10 min. The lady on the phone said that the 10 min. was fine because they were still setting up and that it should be ready for when we got there. Half of our party arrived and was told that they couldn’t be seated until everyone showed up. We were left sitting at the door with no seating and it was freezing cold. When we asked the manager John what the issue was he lied and said he had been calling us all day no one answered (no voicemails were left). John was very unprofessional, looked unkept, and his attire was street clothes. We ended up being seated an hour later next to the bathroom. The smell was completely horrible. We had 1 server for 13 people. I wouldn’t be paid to eat here again.

Took the server literally 30 mins to get my refill and when the food was served on the table, they were cold.

Horrible, disrespectful management. A close friend, after applying & being told they had the job, was left strung out over two weeks with "The manager isn't in, can you call back?" when trying to figure out their first day. Due to this, they not only didn't receive income for their new apartment rent but they also did not look elsewhere for work believing they were hired. Rather than having the respect to let them know the decision to hire had been revoked, management ran from the subject hoping they would forget and move on like a text-message break up. Be wary if seeking employment; pathetic, cowardly, and immature.

We waited 25 minutes for our meal and 15 minutes for our cocktails. The cocktails tasted nothing like the first ones we had at the bar while waiting for our table. They took them back and several minutes later we got the new ones that tasted exactly the same. 3rd time's a charm when the bar manager makes them, but we ended up having them as dessert. My meal was good, however my friend had to return her steak. She ordered medium and got rare. Our waitress was pretty cold and seemed like she had better things to do. We did get the steak taken off the bill and management was kind, however I feel the staff needs to be trained better on service and how to prepare food/cocktails.
