I had a great experience at Cleveland Smiles. Staff is super nice. At my first visit, I was given a tour and sat down with Dr. Marsh, who actually got to know a bit more about me. Did not feel 'clinical' at all, which is great. Procedure and cleaning were very thorough and not rushed. There was practically no wait time either. A 5/5 experience, highly recommended.
Dr. Marsh and his staff are very friendly, courteous, and thorough. The office is clean and inviting. So far I've been very impressed by their professionalism, and I'm looking forward to my cleaning in January.
When you smash your front teeth at the age of 17, you become something of an expert dentistry patient. I've seen it all, unfortunately, and I can say that Dr. Marsh is one of the best. He has all the requisites: thoughtful management, craftsmanship, dexterity in administering shots, empathy (he always warns you when the drill will be loud), experience and knowledge. What lifts Dr. Marsh's practice above the others is his staff: every person is pleasant and seems to enjoy being at work. There's a lot of good-natured joking back and forth which puts me at ease. My kids (5 and 9) like going to his office, too. My 9 year old had a cavity repaired without drama last year.
Very professional, clean, and hospitable. Dr. Marsh and his team helps you to realize the importance of self-investment and dental hygiene. With this he built my self-confidence by me simply wanting to smile more because I made that important investment. Top notch service and I will go no where else.
I contacted Dr. Marsh's office at 10pm yesterday evening via email. At 5:30 am this morning I had a reply from Dr. Marsh himself in my inbox inviting me to come in this morning to get my problem looked at.
Technologies in this office potentially reduce the need for extensive x-rays and guesswork. They used an assortment of tools, including a laser to scan density and determine if there were cavity-related issues with the teeth. The hygienist was very gentle as well. No pain at all.
This review was inspired by yet another event in which Dr. Marsh and his staff came through. One of my crowns (put in by another dentist) got infected and Dr. Marsh got me into his office within a few days, cleaned everything up and, most importantly, fixed the crown so it is stronger, will be better looking and will last a lot longer. Thanks again to Dr. Marsh and staff.
Put simply: a wonderful experience. The front staff is very helpful, and the Dr. is top-notch. They get to know the person long before they see the teeth.The experience really stands out from other dentists I've been to. Feels like family!
Dr Marsh is the best!! I was a little nervous about the work needing to be done, but there was no pain! Yeah!!! He was so kind. Great experience. The staff was very helpful working around my busy schedule and making sure I was fully informed. I have had poor dental experiences in the past, so when you have a great experience, it is appreciated even more. Highly recommend, you won’t be sorry.
