I decide to give it a second chance, it is just for a cleaning after all. Stupid me. I have scheduled this cleaning appointment 6 months ago and Becky calls me yesterday to change my appointment from 4 to 3:30. That will not leave me the time to get out of work and make it on time, which I told her on the phone, but she changed my appointment anyway. Never mentioned rescheduling to another day.

I went in for teeth whitening a few years back. The office was backed up, so I waited patiently. Did not notice a difference after treatment. The office is very clean and quiet, so I decided to come back for a cleaning. I notified the office that I was running behind for my appointment, and I was told to come in but I may have to wait, they would see what they could do. When I arrived the lady at the front desk left to check availability, and told another staff member to reschedule me. Very inconvenient, and it seemed like nobody cared. I wish Premier Dental would have made an exception for me, the same way I waited an hour for service previously when they were running behind. Although the staff are professional, they lack compassion and come off snooty.

The doctor comes after the cleaning. She suggests a tooth extraction which I know should happen but mentions the success rate of an implant is 40% in such a case where bone loss is involved. Does not mention bone grafting in any way. Fortunately, my periodontist extracted the tooth in question and performed bone grafting to prepare for the implant. Success rate is 90% in my case and I am now ready for the implant, which I will have done at a competent and reassuring dentistry office-- since healthcare is for profit in this country anyway.

If their care for patients is reflected in the attitude in this office, it is time to never say foot in there again, just in case I need really involved dentistry one day. I personally was given no reason to stay. None at all.

Exceptional place! Great staff, great atmosphere, and excellent service.

I have been coming to Premier Dental since it opened and have always received exceptional care and the most professional service.

I had work done which I was very pleased with. The problem was when I went to have my crown seated apparently I had maxed out my insurance coverage and owed them $150 and only found out about this upon my arrival at the dentist office. The lady at the front said "Oh your insurance maxed out and you have to pay us $150 today" I was not prepared to pay anything for this appointment as I had already paid them $450 for the crown. I was not given any option to pay besides "pay now or reschedule the appointment for when you can pay". At this point I had already paid $1500 and was pretty cash poor and had taken a half day of work for this appointment. You could imagine I was pretty upset. I managed to pay the $150 and cried the entire appointment realizing my current financial situation. It would have been nice of them to call and tell me before I arrived that I would have to pay $150 because my insurance maxed out so I could reschedule. Then to top it off, turns out I had all this roll over money that should have been used to pay that. I'm actually getting mad all over again writing this. In short, the dentist is great but the office manager is awful and very uncompassionate.

First cleaning appointment and the secretarial staff is rude, but even less rude and arrogant than the hygienist, Alla.

They have always been happy to accommodate my busy schedule and provide great service on every visit.

I really didn't care for their dental hygienist. She was rather rude and made me feel like I had the worst oral hygiene she had ever seen ( I take good care of my teeth, not great but good) she wanted to make me come in for 2 cleanings which I felt was completely unnecessary, anyhow, My real problem is with the office management.
