What a wonderful staff at the Legacy Village location. Hectic and Christmas time, yet they smile - all of them!
Food was overpriced for what it was. Service was terrible. Waiters were spread too thin, or just didn't care. Couple we were with ordered a bloody mary, we tried it and gf wanted one. Her's showed up and tasted nothing like the previous one. Tried to complain to the waiter, he asked who made it and then vanished. Nothing happened about it. For all of those reasons I no tipped, and when I've looked at the credit card statement after the fact, looks like the waiter tipped himself 18%.
Food was pretty good, but service was beyond terrible. One waitress working about 10 tables. Manager is very cock and not helpful.
Friday night and we wanted to treat our grandson 6 and 8 to a night out. Their Mac and cheese was burned and the waiter (service was horrible) argued with me that it was only three pieces! A cursory review of the dishes by me showed many more than that! Burned Mac and cheese, how is even one piece acceptable! Our complimentary bread was promised but never delivered and our pizza with Parmesan did not have a drop of Parmesan on it. The boys did not eat their Mac and cheese and decided on an ice cream for dessert. The spoon that came with the ice cream was so DIRTY that even after I promised our 8 year old I would rinse it in my water, he refused to eat with it. The bill was just one grand total, no itemization. Never seen this before! We were probably overcharged but we were so tired of dealing with all these issues that we just payed and left. All in all THE worst out night out EVER. Needless to say will NEVER return. Stay away if you want a fun night out!
Really would like to give this 5 bombs instead one one star. Don’t ever go here!
I just picked up an order. I ordered half of a roasted veggie salad. Paid $11.99 for a bowl of lettuce, no veggies.
